Everything very good at Herat star hotel but most of all the staff makes this place special. The receptionists are lovely and very helpful. I forgot my camera charger in the room and they offered to bring it over to the bus station which is pretty far. Great hotel Claudio

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. It was one of the nicest hotel we stayed in during our trip in Afghanistan and is very reasonable price. The hotel is brand new and only couple of months old. The staff were super helpful and treated you like a guest not like they just wanted your money. They would help us grab rickshaws and took us to the pharmacy, and even to get the permits. I would highly recommend to any travelers. They also have a really nice brand new gym Which was great every morning.

This was my first-ever hotel stay in Herat, although I’ve visited the country twice before. Until now, I hadn’t come across a decent place to stay — but I’m truly glad to see that’s changed. This year, I experienced the first proper hotel in the city, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From excellent service and food to professional staff and a strong sense of security, everything was top-notch. It’s amazing to see how much the country is progressing. This experience has raised the bar, and I’m confident Herat is on the path to even more growth. I’ll definitely visit again and look forward to exploring more.

I stayed at 3 different hotels in Herat during my 6 days visit and Herat star hotel is definitely the best out of the 3 The hotel is only a few months old the rooms are modern. Breakfast here are definitely better than all the other hotels In all the other provinces I visited And their staff is super helpful. Specially Ebrahim who helped me with the check in & check out. He has made my stay more perfect and I am very thankful

I recently visited Herat, Afghanistan, and stayed at this hotel. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the food was delicious with a great selection of traditional Afghan dishes for breakfast and dinner.
